Adam has been in business leadership since he was a teenager. Starting his sales career by selling cell phones in a single serve kiosk at a Walmart in Pamona, CA, Adam quickly became a top salesman while leading teams. It wasn't long Adam made his way into leadership in the retail banking industry, where he would spend some 15 years leading change and innovation. During this time, he served as the director of retail branch banking for Union Bank across the Los Angeles Metro area, a critical financial hub in the US.
Adam soon moved into a more senior role within the MUFG organization, the 5th largest bank in the world. As Managing Director of a national digital bank, Adam orchestrated the launch of 22 financial centers and two call centers, spearheading client service and sales for an award-winning online fintech brand that achieved $4 billion in deposits in its first year.
With a love and interest in small-business, Adam left the bank to transform an automotive components manufacturer. As President of SuperSprings International, Adam tripled top-line revenue and quadrupled net income. He established key partnerships with industry giants like John Deere and Winnebago, boosting the company to a 25% net profit margin and elevating its global brand recognition to become what is now one of the leading aftermarket suspension manufacturers in the US.
Upon leaving SuperSprings International, Adam assumed leadership as Present and CEO of Sherman Portfolios (SPL), a nationally recognized Registered Investment Advisor where he now oversees over $1.6B in client assets. SPL has pioneering tactical financial investment strategies driven by patented research and industry-leading technology. Since joining in September 2023, Adam has lead the company to doubling top-line revenue while releasing a fully digitized SaaS product offering including a native mobile app.
Adam's most highlighted career moment came in January 2024. Along with his wife Jennifer, they founded
Kingdom Mindset Investing (KMI), a brand that champions the mission is to advance the Gospel of Jesus and demonstrate Biblical values in every aspect of business operations. Through commitment to the KMI philosophy, businesses commit themselves to Purpose Beyond Profit while integrating the Christian faith into action through the workplace.
